From Our Family to Yours

After running a successful restaurant and catering company in Lincoln, Tricia aka "The Cookie Lady" decided to see if anyone would be interested in having Warm Cookies delivered fresh-from-the-oven. She collected family recipes that had been perfected over the years and some new ones. She started baking them in their catering kitchen located in the Grand Manse in downtown Lincoln and delivering them around town, mostly to friends at first.

A one-woman shop, Tricia would pull over in the middle of a delivery to take an order, finish her deliveries, head back to the kitchen to bake more and start all over again. Within the first year, the catering business was overshadowed by Warm Cookies and her husband Jeff had to retire from his job to become the official "dough boy." They then opened a store front, employed family and cookie crew (who are like family), and purchased a fleet of hybrid delivery vehicles.

In 2021 Tricia and Jeff's daughter and son-in-law took over the family business. Tricia and Jeff are still close by helping and instilling wisdom as the cookie crew bring smiles through hundreds of thousands of Warm Cookies delivered each year.
