What is your delivery area?
We only deliver inside Lincoln city limits.
How accurate are the order times?
All orders times are approximate unless punctuality is specifically requested via phone order. We try to deliver within 30 minutes either way of the time given. Occasionally it can be longer due to holidays or other extenuating circumstances.
When should I place my order?
As soon as possible! Online deliveries can be booked up to one week out and phone orders can be booked even sooner. We are sometimes able to offer same-day orders but most days our ovens and delivery times completely fill up. It is best to give us at least 30 minutes for a carryout order to allow time for baking and packaging. During holidays (Christmas, Valentines Day, Mothers Day, Boss’s Day etc.) we will be booked solid, days in advance, so be sure to schedule your delivery or carry out as soon as possible. Do you offer Gluten Free (GF) cookies?
We have been told by many that we have the best GF chocolate chip cookies they have ever had BUT please be aware of cross contamination possibilities. Our cookies are not baked in a gluten free kitchen, so people with severe allergies should use caution if consuming. We do everything we can to ensure our cookies stay gluten free by making the GF dough before all others, thoroughly wiping all areas as clean as possible before starting, using special utensils, and keeping the chance of wheat flour dust away from the GF dough. Because of these special precautions, quantities are limited and advance orders are appreciated.
Are any of your Warm Cookies safe for a peanut or tree nut allergy?
Unfortunately, some of our cookies contain peanut butter or almond extract and cross contamination with serving tools is common. We do not recommend anyone with a severe allergy consume our cookies. None of our cookies contain pieces of nuts.
Is there an easier way to place a large order to multiple locations?
Yes! To place a large order (over five addresses), please first call to check for availability. If we are able to process your order within your desired time, we can then email you Excel spreadsheet to fill out with your order information. Orders over 12 dozen will receive a bulk discount.
Can I order a cookie that you don't list on your menu?
Sorry, we prefer you stick to the list. Not only do we love delivering warm gooey goodness, but we want them to be the best tasting cookies you have ever had. Our recipes are the best of thousands of test batches and we can't guarantee that variations would meet our approval. Keep your eye out for seasonal additions to our repertoire that will surely meet our high standards!
Can you individually wrap Warm Cookies?
Yes, but there is an additional $5 charge per dozen and they cannot be ordered online. We understand that this is sometimes a necessity, but it takes a large amount of resources and time for us to complete and is why the charge is required.
